Planning a large event? Amy’s Vintage teas can cater for up to 200 guests with full vintage china hire and waitress service. Please get in touch to see our full menus!  

STEP 1- Choose your menu. Our afternoon teas are decoratively boxed and delivered to you with pretty paper napkins and biodegradable cutlery. Delivery charges may apply. For parties under 10 people we offer a boxed set menu which is available for collection only. For parties over 10, we have three different menus to choose from below.  

STEP 2- Would you like to add vintage china, table linen and cutlery to your afternoon tea? Please add £2pp. This includes set up and then collection/washing up after the event. Delivery charges may apply.

Parties of 30 and over- Vintage crockery, table linen, napkins, cutlery and bunting all included in the price per head. Delivered and set up at your chosen venue. Delivery charges may apply.

 

Rose Menu £12pp
(minimum of 10 guests)

  • A selection of finger sandwiches
  • Homemade Cheese straws
  • Freshly home baked fruit or plain scones served with fresh strawberries, clotted cream and strawberry jam.
  • Mini Cupcakes- Choose two flavours
  • Mini Meringue swirls
  • Twinings English breakfast tea (Earl grey and fruit teas can be supplied on request)
  • The hire of all the vintage crockery you will need. This includes cutlery, linen tablecloths, napkins and bunting delivered and set up at your home or chosen venue- Please add £2 per guest if you require this option. Also includes sugar cubes and semi skimmed milk.

Forget Me Not Menu £15pp
(minimum of 10 guests)

  • A selection of finger sandwiches
  • Cheese Straws
  • A Choice of one savoury item-  Mini quiche, sausage rolls, vol au vents or cheese and pesto whirls.
  • Freshly home baked fruit or plain scones served with fresh strawberries, clotted cream and strawberry jam.
  • Large centrepiece cake of your choice (One cake per 15 guests) Choose from Victoria sponge, chocolate fudge, lemon drizzle, coffee and walnut or carrot cake.
  • Choose One Mini Sweet treat- Brownie bites, Mini cupcakes, Mini meringue kisses, Jam tarts, Malteser slice or Profiteroles.
  • Twinings English breakfast tea (Earl grey and fruit teas can be supplied on request)
  • The hire of all the vintage crockery you will need. This includes cutlery, linen tablecloths, napkins and bunting delivered and set up at your home or chosen venue – Please add £2 per guest if you require this option. Also includes sugar cubes and semi skimmed milk.

Peony Menu £18pp
(minimum of 10 guests)

  •  A selection of finger sandwiches
  • A choice of 3 savoury items- Cheese straws, sausage rolls, mini quiches, vol au vents or cheese and pesto whirls.
  • Home baked fruit or plain scones served with fresh strawberries, clotted cream and strawberry jam.
  • Large centrepiece cake of your choice (One cake per 15 guests) Choose from Victoria sponge, chocolate fudge, carrot, lemon drizzle or coffee and walnut.
  • Choose Two mini sweet treats- Mini cupcakes, brownie bites, Malteser slices, Jam tarts, profiteroles or mini meringue kisses.
  • Twinings English breakfast tea (Earl grey and fruit teas can be supplied on request)

We can cater for all special dietary requirements- please ask for options when booking! Please note an additional £3 will be charged for a gluten free, Dairy free or vegan afternoon tea.

Would you like our lovely tea lady team at your party to be on hand to pour tea and coffee, refill teapots, clear plates etc? One hostess is £60 and we recommend one for every 15-20 guests.  Please note our Hostess service is only available for parties of 25 and over.

Terms and Conditions

  • A non refundable deposit of 20% of the value of your total order is required when booking to secure your date. We accept online payment or bank transfer.
  • In the unlikely event of your booking having to be cancelled due to ‘an act God’ the deposit can be transferred once to another date subject to availability.
  • Deposits are calculated based on your specific party requirements and are non transferrable to other products and services.
  • The remaining balance is to be settled a minimum of 7 days prior to your party.
  • On the day of your party we shall arrive at your home or venue around an hour or two before guests are due to arrive. We will set up for you and then leave you to welcome your guests and enjoy the party! We shall then return at an arranged time later that day or the following day to collect the crockery.
  • A washing up service is included. All we ask is that food has been cleared from the plates and teapots/cups and milk jugs have all been emptied.
  • Our fine china is old and fragile and must never be placed in a microwave or dishwasher.
  • All breakages and/or damage must be paid for.
  • For any afternoon tea collections that include our vintage china will require a £50 refundable deposit to be paid at the same time of the remaining balance. A refund will be given once the china has been returned and checked.
  • We can cover a 40 mile radius from Northampton (restrictions apply) . Delivery within 5 miles of NN4 is complementary, thereafter charges will apply.
